When you're getting ready for the conference you should check that you've brought the items on this list:
20 Pieces of Headed Note Paper
Bring some note paper with the name of your country at the top. They should be about A5 size. These are for communicating with other delegates during the debate. The nicer you make them look the more they'll impress your fellow delegates, and some committees will even award prizes for the best note paper.
Resolutions
You should bring five hard (printed) copies of any resolutions you intend to lobby, as well as an electronic copy on USB pendrive.
Research
Make sure to bring your research with you, so that you can consult your notes during a debate.
You should also ensure that you have registered on the website as a delegate (the teacher in charge of your trip should be able to help you with this), so that we can print your conference badge.
