MCBMUN (referred to herein as 'we') provide these websites (under the domain mcbmun.com) subject to the acceptance of these terms. By using the MCBMUN website you agree to abide by the terms of these terms.

3. Data & Password Security

All data which you provide to the MCBMUN website is stored in our Database. Passwords are stored securely using crytographical hashing technology, and cannot be accessed by us. MCBMUN will not be held responsible for damage caused by the loss or theft of passwords, but you are obliged to notify us immediately at the email address at the bottom of this document.

4. User Conduct

The MCBMUN site provides facilities for uploading documents and information. In order to comply with these terms you must not:

  1. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

  8. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

  9. interfere with or disrupt the Yahoo! Services or servers or networks connected to the Yahoo! Services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the MCBMUN Services, including using any device, software or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers;

  10. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, national or international law;

  11. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or

  12. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m above.

5. Uploaded Content

MCBMUN will not claim ownership or copyright over any material which you upload or submit to the website, but you grant MCBMUN a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to display and retain the material on the Website and in the Database.

6. Commercial Usage

The services of the MCBMUN website are provided for personal, non-commercial, and non-exclusive usage. You agree not to use logos, images, text, data, or other forms of intellectual property without full permission from the copyright holder.
