Below are listed a number of local hotels that I have contacted and who are able to provide accommodation for you and your delegates during MCBMUN2009. You may wish to stay for a shorter or longer period and I would strongly advise that you do the following as soon as possible and certainly before the end of June.

 

1.    Contact the hotel that suits you. Many of the hotels have been used for past conferences and I have estimated the walking distance from them to MCB. None of them are more than 15 minutes away,

2.   In some cases, you may be able to budget for 3 persons per room on the understanding that this would mean two persons sharing a double bed and one using a sofa bed,

3.   All hotels provide a full cooked breakfast,

4.   It is really a case of first come, first served and I would again urge you to make initial contact,

5.   As I am limiting all schools to a maximum of 4 delegations, you can use this to gauge the total size of your party and therefore estimate your costs,

6.   Please contact the hotels direct as this will allow you to negotiate any special requirements,
